Jewelry Care

Before going to sleep take off your jewelry and store it in a pouch or soft cloth.

Separate jewelry 
Avoid water and moisture (swimming, exercising, showering)

Periodically clean your jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired.

Clean jewelry softly without rubbing.Chemicals can damage your jewelry. Put on your jewelry after you have applied lotion, put on makeup, and sprayed perfume.

 Tarnishing may also naturally occur from certain skin’s pH balance.

Is gold plated jewelry real gold ?

No, our gold plated jewelry is made by electroplating a layer of gold on top of a base metal.

The gold color will eventually wear off as it comes into contact with skin salts or pollutants in the air.

What is CZ?

Cubic zirconia is an affordable alternative to diamonds.

How long is shipping?

Our shipping carrier is USPS. If there is any problems with shipping (such as lost or delayed items) USPS should be your first line of contact.

*All orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.*

Once your order is processed it arrives within 3-5 days except for Express shipping (1-2 days). 

International Shipping- Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the international shipping cost.

All shipping excluding international shipping is 3-5 days but that is after processing time. Unfortunately we don't ship to PO boxes.

Jeweled-ish is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. 

*If an item is lost upon transit a refund may be issued if the package is lost more than 30 days.*

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so that you may track the real-time location of your package. 

In addition to this, we have provided a shipping option that will require a signature at the time of delivery. If theft is a concern, please utilize this service.

Processing time varies based on item purchased. Please read descriptions on the product's page for processing time.  Customized items take 3-4 weeks to make. During sales customized items may take 5-7 weeks.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


At this time we are unable to combine orders of two separate orders that are placed. Once an order is placed it is final. Orders CAN NOT be canceled.

Some items MAY/MAY NOT ship separately. In the event that they do both tracking numbers will be provided to you via email upon shipment. 

We DO NOT offer pick up services.

Can I make a custom request?

Yes! You can request to make a piece with any material available (10-14K solid gold, stainless steel,or sterling silver). Email us at Jeweledish@gmail.com for inquiries.

Policies

Returns & Exchanges 

  • At Jeweled-ish, we strive to value and satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES  at this time. 
  • For our team to ensure you will be satisfied with your item PLEASE follow the tips below.
  1. Please read the description boxes and suggestions for sizing on items.
  2. Please check spelling on customized items 
  3. Customized jewelry takes 3-5 weeks to customize. Once custom pieces are in production they can not be canceled or refunded, Sale processing time may take 5-7 weeks to process.
  • If there are ANY claims for damaged or defective items it must be submitted immediately (1-2 days) via email  after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to USPS. If there is an error on our part the item is covered at our expense. Returns must be unaltered and come in the original packaging, and must be approved by our team.

Cancellation Details 

Once an order is placed it can not be canceled. 
We have the right to cancel any order that is deemed medium or high risk.

In order to prevent an erroneous cancellation, please use the PayPal Checkout method when shipping and billing addresses differ. 

 

What happens if I forget my discount code?

We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
